Bob Albert is a licensed appraiser with the Austin McGuire Company providing services for both commercial and residential properties. Mr. Albert has provided appraisal services for residential homes valued up to $10,000,000, 2-4 unit multi-family properties, condominiums, proposed constructions, and vacant land. Mr. Albert’s experience also includes working with The City of Stamford providing as-is and post-rehab appraisal reports on foreclosed and bank owned homes as a part of The Federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Commercially, he has worked on the Austin McGuire commercial portfolio team, completing industrial and office appraisals, rental lease analysis, and assisted with retail property appraisals.

He is a member of the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers and is licensed as a provisional real estate appraiser in Connecticut, as well as a real estate appraiser and real estate sales agent in California. Mr. Albert has appraised residential properties since 2006, working both in Fairfield County, Connecticut and in Sacramento County, California.
