Our databases include proprietary data sources such as Co-Star, CMLS, CCIM STDB, and Alterra as well as a host of non-proprietary data services such as Loopnet, Comps, Inc. property tax records, etc.
However, we have not lost site of the fact that shoe leather and experienced insight are essential to fully exploit the available technologies.
