College Funding - by reallocating investments and ownership structure of a small core property holding, the AMC team was able to unlock the income stream to support a fully funded college tuition program for the children. The value added was the fact that the children would still own this mortgage-free investment property after all college was finished.

Retirement Vehicle - by selling none-core assets that had achieved maximal value and redeploying the capital into value creating, long-term growth property the AMC team was able to provide for a debt-to-equity swap that would result in a mortgage free “cash cow” at retirement.

The owners benefited from increased current cash flow, tax incentives, significant deprecation to shelter income and have 3rd parties paying down the mortgage and all building operating expenses. Retirement health care costs would be absorbed by the ownership structure (business) that held the assets.
